If you’re having issues pairing and maintaining a connection to your Bluetooth sensor, try the following:
Issue: Power meter loses connection
Verify that the sensor has a clear and unobstructed path to the device (smartphone, etc.). Some smartphones are not able to receive Bluetooth signals through objects; if you carry your device in your back jersey pocket you might experience connectivity issues.
Try mounting/storing your device in a spot that has a clear and unobstructed path to your power meter, such as mounting your device to your handlebars.
Verify that your power meter does not have a low battery level.
